What uses credits?

Messages to the assistant and the work your agents do. Your page, your links, the CRM, files, messages and everything else cost nothing.

What happens when I run out?

The assistant and your agents wait until your free 1,000 come back next month, or until you top up. Everything else keeps working. Turn on auto top-up in Settings > Billing to add credits when you run low.

Do free and Plus credits carry over?

No. The free 1,000 a month and the 25,000 a month from Plus are spent first and start again each month. Credits you buy never expire.

Can my agents overspend?

No. Each agent has a daily spending limit you set, and you choose what it may do on its own and what waits for your OK.

Can I cancel Plus?

Yes, any time in Settings > Billing. Plus keeps running until the end of the month you paid for.
