Talk to the StartupCorners team
Your company's direct line to us. Report a bug, ask a question or share an idea, and follow what we track for you.
Every company on StartupCorners has a channel with our team in it: #startupcorners-team. Use it for anything, a bug, a question or an idea. We usually reply within a day.
Open the channel
- In the menu, choose startupcorners-team under StartupCorners team. When the menu is folded, it is Our team.
- Or choose Feedback in the top bar from the page you have a question about. On a phone, open Menu and choose Send feedback. We then see which page you came from, which helps us find a bug faster.
Who is in it
The channel is marked Shared: your whole team and ours are in it, so a teammate can follow up on what you asked. If you are not on a company, the channel is just you and our team.
Our replies show the person who answered, with a StartupCorners team tag next to their name. The channel is for messages, so it has no Call button.
What we track for you
When we turn your message into a bug or an idea to work on, a card about it appears in the channel. Choose See in My reports to open it, or go to My reports to see everything we track for you and how far along it is.
On My reports you can also send a formal report with New feedback.
