Add an agenda, notes and action items to a meeting

Prepare a meeting with an agenda, take notes during it, turn them into an AI summary and track the action items after.

Updated Oct 24, 2026

Each meeting has its own agenda, notes and action items, so what was said and decided stays with the meeting.

  1. Open Meetings and pick the meeting. Its details open on the side.
  2. Under Agenda, type a point and choose Add. Tick a point once it is covered.
  3. Under Notes, write what was said. Notes save automatically.
  4. Under Action items, type a next step and choose Add. Tick it when it is done.

Take notes during the call

In the video room, choose Notes in the bottom bar. For a scheduled meeting, these notes are saved automatically and attached to the meeting. In a call started from a conversation, the notes stay only on your device.

Get an AI summary

The summary is built from the meeting's notes, so add notes first. Then, under AI summary, choose Generate AI summary. Choose Regenerate after you change the notes.
