Revoke or delete a link

Turn off an individual link so it stops carrying its note, hidden tabs and data room, or delete it for good.

For foundersUpdated Oct 24, 2026

You can turn off a link you sent at any time, for example when a conversation ends or a file in its data room is out of date.

Revoke a link

  1. Open Links and select the link.
  2. Choose Revoke link. Its status changes to Disabled.

From then on, the address opens your public page the way anyone sees it: no personal note, no data room, and the tabs you hid for that person show again if they are public. Their visits no longer count on that link.

Changed your mind? Choose Re-enable link.

Delete a link

  1. Select the link and choose Delete link.
  2. Choose Delete to confirm.

This can't be undone. Past visits stay in your analytics, but no longer belong to that link.

Let a link end on its own

When you make a link, set Expires at (optional). After that time the link shows Expired and works like a revoked one.
