Create your account

Every account comes with a page and one link to it. Signing up takes a few minutes and needs a work email, not a personal one.

Sign up

1. Open sign up and pick who the link is for:
   • Startup: a page for your company, built from your website.
   • Organization: accelerators, incubators, universities and programs.
   • Investment firm: VC funds, family offices and corporate venture arms.
   • Angel investor: you invest your own money in startups.
   • Mentor: experienced people who help founders.
2. Enter your Work email and choose Continue. Gmail and other personal addresses are refused with "Please use your business email address."
3. Open the email we send you and type the 6-digit code. It works for 15 minutes and checks itself as soon as the sixth digit is in. You can also paste it.
4. Follow the steps for your role. At the end you add a Password (at least 8 characters, with one uppercase letter and one number) and choose Create your link.

Your page goes live the moment you finish. What happens between the code and the password depends on your role:

• Startups: Set up your company page at sign-up
• Investors: Set up your investor page
• Mentors: Set up your mentor page
• Organizations: Set up your organization page

Then Next: your profile asks for your photo, a headline and a few lines about you. See Add your photo and profile.

If the code does not arrive

• Choose Send a new code. It counts down for a short while before you can use it again.
• Typed the wrong address? Choose Change your email.
• Picked the wrong role? Choose Change next to it.
• If the email already has an account, the code step says "This email already has an account." Choose Sign in instead.

Other ways in

• If you see Continue with Google under the email field, you can sign up with Google. The work email rule still applies, and you set up your page in a short setup wizard instead.
• Already have an account? Choose Sign in at the bottom of the sign-up page.
• Invited to a community? Open the link in your invitation. It takes you to a sign-up made for that community.
