You can change your password while signed in, or reset it by email if you forgot it.

Change your password

  1. Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account settings. On a phone, tap Menu, then Account settings.
  2. Choose Security.
  3. Under Password, enter your Current password, then your New password twice (at least 8 characters).
  4. Choose Update password.

If you sign in with Google, your account has no StartupCorners password, so there is nothing to change here.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? next to the password field.
  2. Enter the Email you signed up with and choose Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and follow the link. Check your spam folder if it is not there after a few minutes.
  4. Enter your New password and Confirm password, then choose Reset password.
  5. Choose Sign in with new password.

A new password needs at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number.

Change your sign-in email

  1. In Account settings, choose Security.
  2. Under Sign-in email, choose Change.
  3. Enter your New work email and Your password, then choose Send code. Personal addresses like Gmail are refused, as at sign-up.
  4. Type the 6-digit code we sent to the new address. It checks itself when the sixth digit is in, or choose Change email. The code works for 15 minutes; Send a new code sends another.

From then on you sign in with the new address and your emails go there. Your old address gets a note that it changed. If you sign in with Google, your account has no password to confirm the change: write to hello@startupcorners.com and we will change it.

Add a recovery email

On the Security page, fill in Recovery email (it must differ from your sign-in email) and choose Save recovery email. It is a backup address for getting back into your account.
