Buy AI credits and manage billing

See your AI credits, buy more by card, get or cancel Plus, turn on auto top-up and find your receipts on the Billing page.

Updated Oct 27, 2026

AI credits pay for the AI assistant and your agents. They belong to you, whatever workspace you have open. You pay in US dollars: 1,000 credits are worth $1. How they are counted: How AI credits work.

See your credits

Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose AI credits, or go to Account settings and choose Billing. The Overview tab shows your credits in all, what is left of this month's free credits (Free this month), Your credits, and whether auto top-up is on.

Get Plus

Plus is $20 a month for 25,000 credits every month (about 50 assistant messages a day), in place of the free 1,000 (about 60 a month). They are used first and do not carry over.

  1. On the Overview tab, under Your plan, choose Get Plus.
  2. Pay by card on the secure checkout page. Your Plus credits arrive a moment after the payment.

To stop, choose Cancel Plus and confirm. Plus and what is left of its credits stay until the end of the month you paid for, and the card shows Ends on with the date. Changed your mind? Choose Keep Plus before then. Each month's payment is in History with a Receipt link.

Add credits

The more you add at once, the more bonus credits you get.

  1. On the Overview tab, under Add credits, pick $10 (10,000 credits), $25 (26,000), $50 (55,000), $100 (115,000) or Other. For Other, type whole dollars from $10 to $500; it gets the bonus of the step below it, and the credits it buys show beside the button.
  2. Choose the button under the amounts. It names what you picked, for example Add $25.
  3. Pay by card on the secure checkout page. The credits are added to your balance.

Top up automatically

  1. Under Auto top-up, switch it on.
  2. Set When credits fall below (in credits, at least 1,000) and Add ($10, $25, $50 or $100, with the same bonus).
  3. Choose Save.

The first amount must be lower than the amount added. If your credits are already below it when you turn this on, credits are added right away. Auto top-up needs a card on file. If a payment fails, the page tells you, and you can update your card and turn it on again.

Cards, receipts and usage

  • Payment method: choose Add card, or Replace or Remove the card you have. Removing it turns auto top-up off.
  • History: everything in and out, in credits, with plain labels. Filter with All, Added or Spent. Purchases have a Receipt link.
  • Usage: the credits you used per day and per assistant or agent over 7d, 30d or 90d.
