What the assistant can do for you

The jobs the AI assistant can do in StartupCorners, from updating your page and CRM to booking meetings and running a community.

Updated Oct 27, 2026

Ask in plain words and the assistant picks the right action. What it can do depends on the workspace you have open and on your role there. Before important changes, like inviting someone or moving files to the trash, it checks with you first.

In a startup made in a course, the funding, Links, CRM and investor jobs below open once it goes public. See Ask to make your student startup public.

Your startup page

  • Tell you what is missing on your page, and fill in your profile, product, funding history and timeline.
  • Set your logo and banner, your team's photos and your integrations' logos, add pictures and videos to your gallery (or remove them and change their captions), and set your pitch deck from a PDF.
  • Update your key numbers and your monthly KPIs, and read the numbers stated in your pitch deck.
  • Make a pitch deck from your page, team, funding and KPIs, change, add, move or delete its slides (their pictures too: your logo, a product screenshot, your team's photos), and review it. See Make your pitch deck in the app.
  • Review an uploaded pitch deck and give feedback.
  • Create another startup that you own (founders only).

Links and your CRM

  • Make an individual link for one person, and tell you how your links are doing: sent, opened and deck opened.
  • List the investors and customers in your CRM, add someone, move them to another stage and log a note.

Investors

  • Search investors, and suggest the ones that fit your startup (your page needs to be at least 90% complete).
  • Draft an outreach email or LinkedIn message to an investor, for you to copy and send.

Your day

  • Tasks: list what is due or overdue, create, change or delete tasks, comment on them, and attach files to them. It assigns a task only to you, your teammates, your connections or members of communities you run.
  • Meetings: list your meetings, book one with a video call, cancel it, and add agenda items or action items. It invites only your connections and your teammates.
  • Bookings: show and change your availability and the kinds of meetings people can book with you.
  • Your calendar: read the events in the Google or Outlook calendar you connected in Apps, with who was invited, for example to add the people you met to your CRM.
  • Notifications: list them and mark them as read.

People and your network

  • Search people on StartupCorners and show their profile.
  • Show your connections and your pending connection requests.
  • Invite someone to your company by email (owners and admins).
  • Update your own profile, your profile photo included.

Files and posts

  • Save a file from a link into Files (in a folder if you name one) or into your startup's data room.
  • List your files, rename them, move them into folders, and move them to the trash (you can restore them from the trash in Files).
  • From your personal account or a community, write a post with up to 4 pictures and list recent posts.

Organizations and programs

  • Update your organization, investor or mentor profile, with its logo and banner, and the logos of its partners, success stories and portfolio companies.
  • Create and update programs (their cover image and logo too), read a program's applications and accept, reject or waitlist one, and list the startups enrolled.

Communities

From any workspace:

  • List the communities you belong to.
  • In one you own or run as an admin, change its settings (name, tagline, description, topics, rules, welcome message, who can join), set its logo and its cover image, and write its page content and its application questions.

With a community open, and as its owner or admin:

  • List who is waiting to join, and approve or decline them.
  • Invite people, remove members, and make someone an admin or a member.
  • List and start discussions.
  • Create community events, write their description, and change their cover or theme.

Your agents

  • With your company open, list its agents, add one from a role or create a new one, give an agent a picture, and give an agent a routine or change one. Agents that work for just you, a community or a program are added from Agents in the menu. See Add an agent to your team.

Pictures and files from a link

Anywhere StartupCorners has an upload, the assistant can put a picture or a file there for you. Give it a link to the image or file, or name one in your Files, or ask it to use an image an app just made, like Higgsfield. It copies the file into StartupCorners, so a link that stops working later does not matter.

  • Pictures: png, jpeg, webp or gif, up to 10 MB.
  • Videos for your gallery: mp4 or webm, up to 50 MB.
  • Your pitch deck: a PDF, up to 50 MB.
  • Files and the data room: most files, up to 50 MB.

The link has to open the file itself. A link to a web page that shows the picture does not work: the assistant tells you so, and you can give it the image's own link.

Free stock photos

No picture for a cover, a banner or a background? Ask, for example "find a cover photo for our demo day". The assistant searches Pixabay's free photos and shows six, numbered, with the photographer under each. Choose a photo to open its page on Pixabay. To use one, answer with its number, like "use 2": the assistant puts it in the field and copies it into StartupCorners. The previews in the chat stop showing after a day, so search again for an older request. You can search for photos up to 30 times an hour.

Your connected apps

  • Use the apps your company has connected, like Notion, Attio or Higgsfield: look things up, and make or change things there when you ask. Before anything that sends to other people, posts in public, deletes, or spends that app's credits (like a Higgsfield image), it tells you what it will do and waits for your yes. See Use an app inside a chat.

Questions about StartupCorners

  • Ask how something works. The assistant searches this help and answers with a link to the article. These questions are free (see How AI credits work).
